Nitrocellulose Lacquer Finish

Curing Nitrocellulose lacquer finish is a slow process, depending on conditions between two and four weeks. During this time the items are kept safe and dust free to ensure a proper cure. Once the finish has cured, it is safe to begin polishing. We hand polish each of our instruments to a gloss using a multistep micro mesh system going up through 12000 grit. This is a time intensive step, but well worth the effort.
